Dr. Ai has been working for KPMG since 1998, in Slovakia and Vietnam of which he has been involved in providing market entry and deal advisory services to many international companies seeking investment opportunities in Vietnam. Nam Dinh is Head of Business Development & Commercial at SLP. He is responsible for business development for land sourcing and project acquisition and overseeing leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue generation for SLP's assets.

Prior to joining SLP, Nam worked for BW Industrial as Senior Business Development Manager and had experiences working in BIDV. He has various of experiences working in business development, project management and external affairs.

Nam holds a MSC of Banking and Finance from University of Sussex - Brighton, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from RMIT Vietnam.

Truong Bui is a Partner at Roland Berger and Head of the Transportation Practice in Southeast Asia. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, advising both leading private companies and state-owned enterprises. His work spans more than 10 provinces and cities across Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, where he has contributed to shaping industrial development strategies.

He has led numerous commercial due diligence projects across Asia and provided strategic support to industrial real estate developers in Vietnam, such as VSIP, Viglacera, KN, and Saigontel.

Mr. Bui has also advised some of the world’s leading port operators and logistics companies, developing transformation programs and market entry strategies, as well as formulating international strategies to support their growth.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Thanh (Kathy) holds a Master’s degree from Japan and brings over 14 years of expertise in the industrial real estate sector, specializing in industrial land development, ready-built factory, and warehouse leasing. Throughout her career in Vietnam, Ms. Kim Thanh has achieved significant milestones, including:

• Providing strategic consulting on investment, product development, business operations, and brand building, pioneering the ready-built factory leasing model in Vietnam.
• Successfully attracting over 100 foreign investors from countries such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, Australia, and more to establish manufacturing operations in Vietnam.

At Suez, Ms. Kim Thanh serves as the Director of Business Development for the Vietnam market, leading efforts to foster partnerships with industrial park developers in Vietnam. Minh possesses nearly 10 years of executive experience in industrial real estate development, investment planning, and strategic partnerships, leading numerous high-impact projects and managing portfolios totaling over 900 hectares. His background in law, international cooperation, and diplomacy, combined with fluency in Vietnamese, English, and Korean, positions him as a key facilitator of cross-border investment and sustainable industrial growth.

Mr. Vo Hoang Thanh leads the Insulation Business development in Vietnam under the ISOVER brand, overseeing all commercial and strategic activities to drive market growth.

With over 15 years of experience working with multinational corporations in the MEP equipment industry, he specializes in high-efficiency and energy-saving solutions.
