Mr Nguyen Tuan Anh currently serves as General Director of Stavian Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (Stavian IP), a company specializing in developing large-scale industrial park infrastructure in line with ESG principles, sustainable development, and Net Zero goals. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ), an entity that focuses on investing in the development of sustainable eco-industrial park models in Vietnam. With over 25 years of experience in real estate and logistics services, he has spearheaded numerous growth strategies, driving significant investment into key southern regions.

During the 2021–2025 period, under his leadership, recorded a cumulative revenue of over 12,000 billion VND, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 20%. Alongside these strong financial results, the corporation has continuously expanded its project portfolio and solidified its market leadership. Beyond his executive role, Mr. Chuong is a frequent speaker at major economic forums and television programs, sharing practical insights on sustainable development and investment attraction trends in the evolving economic landscape.

Mr. Truong Gia Bao (Leon Truong, Ph.D., MBA) is an expert in industrial real estate, digital transformation, innovation, and business ecosystem development, with nearly 20 years of experience spanning technology, e-commerce, digital media, and business development.

Mr. Truong currently serves as vice chairman and secretary-general of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA), where he plays an important role in connecting businesses, promoting FDI, and advancing cooperation in the industrial real estate sector. His work focuses on the development of next-generation industrial parks, digital and green transformation, ESG, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in global supply chains.

In addition to his role at VIREA, he is currently chairman of DTS Group; chairman of the Vietnam Digital Advertising and Content Association (VDAA); vice chairman of the Vietnam Advertising Association (VAA); vice chairman of the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Development Committee (VSID); chairman of the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Human Resources Development Alliance (SEVINA); and chairman of the Vietnam-China Cooperation Development Centre (VCNC).

Since joining UNIDO in 2015, she has played a key role in advancing eco-industrial park (EIP) initiatives in Viet Nam. She has contributed significantly to the development of Viet Nam’s policy and regulatory frameworks related to eco-industrial parks and sustainable industrial transformation, including Decree No. 82/2018/ND-CP, Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP, and Circular No. 05/2025/TT-BKHDT, as well as technical guidelines on industrial symbiosis, waste recycling, and sustainable industrial park management.

Dr. Nguyen Tram Anh holds a PhD in Climate Change from the Viet Nam Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change, a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Viet Nam National University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Foreign Trade University.

Her research interests include eco-industrial parks, circular economy, industrial symbiosis, climate change adaptation, and sustainable industrial transformation, with a particular focus on policy frameworks and resource-efficient industrial development in Viet Nam.

With over 20 years of experience in industrial real estate, investment promotion, and business development, Mr. Hoang Vinh Tuan has spent a significant portion of his career in high-profile executive positions at leading, multinational developers, specializing in attracting high-value foreign direct investment (FDI) into Vietnam. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading industrial park developers, supporting international manufacturers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia in establishing and expanding their operations in Vietnam. His expertise covers industrial land, ready-built factories, build-to-suit solutions, strategic partnerships, and cross-border business development.

Prior to joining Soilbuild, Tuan served as COO of London Business Park, where he successfully led the ready-built factory segment to over 70% occupancy within just 14 months.
