General Director, Stavian Industrial Park Joint Stock Company

Mr Nguyen Tuan Anh currently serves as General Director of Stavian Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (Stavian IP), a company specializing in developing large-scale industrial park infrastructure in line with ESG principles, sustainable development, and Net Zero goals. Stavian IP has developed a land fund of more than 5,000 hectares across key localities including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Can Tho, Khanh Hoa, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, and Long An.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, planning, and large-scale real estate development, with a background as a planning architect and strong expertise in finance and investment law, he plays an important role at Stavian IP by directly managing numerous projects from planning, investment preparation, and construction implementation to operational management, including projects covering more than 500 hectares.

Over more than five years with Stavian IP, he has worked closely with the team to gradually expand the company’s portfolio of industrial infrastructure projects across various localities nationwide, contributing to the development of an industrial land fund of more than 5,000 hectares across Vietnam. With his strategic mindset and practical experience, he remains committed to pursuing the development of green, modern, and sustainable industrial parks, contributing to the improvement of industrial infrastructure quality and investment attraction in localities.
