Starting her career in financial and investment consulting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nhi has accompanied numerous international enterprises in real estate projects across Vietnam. Building upon this solid foundation, she expanded her activities into industrial real estate—a sector requiring long-term vision, robust governance capacity, and strategic connectivity.

Currently, she serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, the developer and operator of Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park. This is the only industrial park in Vietnam developed under an eco-industrial and industrial symbiosis model that applies smart management technology.

With over 5 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, 15 years in financial and investment consulting for multinational corporations, and more than 10 years dedicated to industrial infrastructure investment and development, Ms. Thao Nhi is a strategic visionary and an inspirer of innovation. Her leadership has propelled Thanh Binh Phu My into the Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam.

Under her leadership, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park has emerged as a model of green and smart industrial development. Featuring modern, synchronized technical infrastructure alongside advanced transportation systems and green logistics solutions, it integrates an inland waterway port and warehousing facilities to serve as a multi-functional logistics hub. This hub connects seamlessly with the Cai Mep - Thi Vai port cluster and major arterial routes, thereby strongly attracting high-quality FDI and leading global investors.

Beyond her corporate leadership role, she is actively engaged in fostering business connectivity, promoting investment, and supporting community development initiatives. Through these efforts, she contributes to the sustainable growth of both the local community and the Southeast region of Vietnam
