Khi làn sóng FDI chất lượng cao và hàng loạt khu công nghiệp mới được triển khai, bất động sản công nghiệp Việt Nam bước vào giai đoạn tăng trưởng mạnh, đòi hỏi tầm nhìn chiến lược để khai thác cơ hội, quản trị rủi ro và nâng cấp mô hình phát triển. Phiên thảo luận tập trung phân tích động lực mới, những thách thức thực tiễn và hướng đi chiến lược cho thị trường.

  • Phân tích đặc điểm của chu kỳ tăng trưởng mới: Sự nổi lên của dòng vốn công nghệ cao, yêu cầu về ESG, và sự cạnh tranh giữa các địa phương.

  • Đánh giá tác động của chính sách thuế quan và xu hướng dịch chuyển dòng vốn FDI vào Việt Nam; thảo luận cơ hội cụ thể.
  • Phân tích năng lực thích ứng của Việt Nam trước những biến động địa chính trị, thương mại và trạng thái “rủi ro chính sách” thường trực.

  • Làm rõ vai trò chủ động của Chính phủ và các địa phương trong việc tái định vị Việt Nam từ điểm đến chi phí thấp thành đối tác đầu tư chiến lược, dẫn dắt chuỗi giá trị khu vực.
  • Đề xuất các yếu tố then chốt để Việt Nam giữ vững và nâng tầm vị thế đầu tư, và là điểm đến chiến lược trong chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu, giữa các biến số như “Trump 2.0” hay các rào cản phi thuế quan.
