Hoang Thuy Duong is Partner, Head of Tax at KPMG in Vietnam, with more than 20 years of experience across Vietnam and Australia practices, advising multinational corporations on tax, transfer pricing, investment structuring and business transformation.

He has led hundreds of tax and transfer pricing engagements across sectors including industrials, consumer markets, financial services, infrastructure, technology and Japanese-invested enterprises. Duong advised on Vietnam's first Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and has worked closely with the Ministry of Finance and General Department of Taxation on key transfer pricing regulations.

Beyond his technical expertise, Duong is a trusted advisor on Vietnam's macroeconomic trends, investment climate, and regulatory developments. A regular participant in high-level forums and executive roundtables, he shares insights on foreign investment trends, economic growth drivers, and the implications for real estate, infrastructure, and broader business sectors.
